摘要: 对使用定点数字信号处理器实现MPEG声音编码由于有限字长效应引入的各种噪声的强度进行了分析. 根据分析结果对算法的实现进行了改进,原型滤波器旁瓣衰减提高了约20 dB, 同时减小了运算过程的噪声.论证了使用16 bit定点数字信号处理器完成MPEG声音编码的可能性, 为实际开发提供了理论根据.

Abstract: The intensity of noise introduced by finite wordlength effect in the implementation of MPEG audio coding by fixed point digital signal processor is analyzed.According to the result of analysis, we modifythe implementation method of the algorithm.The sidelobe attenuation of
original filter isincreased by about 20 dB, and minifies the noise introduced in calculation.Thepracticability of using 16 bit fixed point DSP to implement MPEG audio coding is proved.
