摘要: 电信网可靠性是电信网运行中最重要的指标之一.在分析电信网可靠性指标体系的基础上, 提出了进行可靠性综合评价的思路.为解决评价中的核心问题——各指标评价的权重, 采用BP算法得到了各指标与基准指标的相关关系, 从而确定了指标的权重.最后利用一级干线网证明了评价方法的有效性.

Abstract: The reliability of telecommunication networks is oneof the most important quality indicators.Based on the analysis of indicator system of telecommunication network reliability, a model is provided to evaluate the growth of telecommunication networks reliability.In the evaluating model, howto determine the weight of every reliability indicator is a key problem.We use neural networks method to determine the weight of every indicator.Finally, an example that the evaluating model is applied in a local network is given.
