摘要: 根据电信背景的实际项目经验,提出了初始信用度的概念及其计算公式,同时给出了一种基于遗传算法的电信客户初始信用度分配算法。该算法能合理地分配客户初始信用度,并通过实验验证了该算法的有效性。

Abstract: Based on actual experience of telecommunication project, the initial user's credit is introduced. Meanwhile, a formula for calculating it and its allocating algorithm based on genetic algorithms are proposed. The algorithm can reasonable allocate initial degree of user credit. The experimental results also demonstratethe effectiveness of the algorithm.
