基于相位迁移的超声相控阵聚焦扫查成像方法

Ultrasonic Phased Array Focusing Scanning Imaging Method Based on Phase Shift Migration

摘要: 随着制造业的迅速发展与高精度质量检测的需求,超声相控阵由于具有快速、高分辨率实时成像的优势,应用越来越广泛。本文基于相位迁移成像算法提出一种超声相控阵组合处理成像方法,提高阵列扫查成像质量。首先利用有限元软件建立仿真模型,并利用相位迁移算法和二维傅里叶逆变换对成像区域进行图像重建,与传统相控阵成像进行对比分析;然后进行多孔碳钢试块相控阵检测实验,提取平行聚焦扫查信号与相控阵单发单收时域信号,并将得到的信号进行峰值提取、包络、差值等处理,提高信号信噪比;最后将处理后的信号去延时和加权叠加构建阵列扫查数据矩阵,将相控阵聚焦扫查相位偏移成像结果与相控阵时域合成孔径成像结果、阵元单发单收信号相位偏移成像结果进行量化对比。结果表明:在相控阵平行聚焦扫查数据的基础上引入相位迁移成像算法可以提高阵列扫查成像质量。利用本文方法提取的包络信号相较于传统希尔伯特包络提取,缺陷信号与底波信号更平滑稳定,有利于提升成像效果;在检测密集排布的多孔碳钢试块过程中,相控阵聚焦扫查相位迁移成像结果相对于相同阵元数目的单发单收相位迁移算法成像结果和相控阵时域合成孔径成像结果,-50dB处理下11个横孔缺陷的图像信噪比平均提升12.98dB和18.85dB,缺陷大小误差平均降低3.74%和4.05%。

Abstract: With the rapid development of the manufacturing industry and the demand for high-precision quality inspection, ultrasonic phased arrays have become more and more widely used due to the advantages of fast, high-resolution real-time imaging. In this paper, an ultrasonic phased array combined processing imaging method is proposed based on the phase migration imaging algorithm to improve the imaging quality of the array scanning. Firstly, the simulation model is established by finite element software, and the image of the imaging area is reconstructed by using phase migration algorithm and two-dimensional inverse Fourier transform, which is compared with the traditional phased array imaging. In the experiment, the parallel focusing scan signal and the phased array single-transmit and single-receive time domain signal are extracted, and the obtained signal is processed by peak extraction, envelope, difference, etc. to improve the signal-to-noise ratio; finally, the processed signal is processed. De-delay weighted superposition is used to construct the array scan data matrix, The phase shift imaging results of phased array focus scanning are quantitatively compared with the phased array time-domain synthetic aperture imaging results and the phase shift imaging results of single transmitting and single receiving signal of array element.The results show that the phase shift imaging algorithm based on the phased array parallel focus scanning data can improve the imaging quality of the array scanning. Compared with the traditional Hilbert envelope extraction, the envelope signal extracted by this method is smoother and more stable, which is conducive to improving the imaging effect; In the process of detecting densely arranged porous carbon steel test blocks, the phased array focus scan phase shift migration imaging results compared with the imaging results of single shot single receive phase transfer algorithm with the same number of array elements and phased array time-domain synthetic aperture imaging results, the image signal-to-noise ratio of 11 transverse hole defects is increased by 12.98dB and 18.85dB on average, and the error rate of defect area is reduced by 3.74% and 4.05% on average.
