摘要: 分析了客户服务中心面临的Web集成问题,简要介绍了NetMeeting 3.0 SDK,提出了基于NetMeeting 3.0的客户服务中心Web集成方案.

Abstract: The issues related to the integration of call center and web technologies is discused and a brief introduction to NetMeeting 3.0 SDK is given. A NetMeeting-Based solution is provided and analyzed.
