摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在研究国际图像压缩编码系列标准和ISDN多媒体通信传输性能的基础上, 选用专用芯片实现了ITU-T H.320标准的多媒体可视电话终端.由于采用了前后处理等多种措施, 图像主观质量良好.

Abstract: On the base of studying the series of ITU-T image encoding standard and the transfer capability of the ISDN multimedia telecommunication, we choose the special image encodingchips to implement the ISDN multimedia videophone terminal which is complied with ITU-T
H.320 standard.Because we use the postprocessing and preprocessing.The subject quality of the image is overwell.
