摘要: 提出了一种新的基于最优比特分配的视频压缩编码方案.通过将原始图像序列分组, 对各图像组进行时间及二维空间小波分解.在对各子带小波系数量化时, 采用三维等级树集合分区(3DSPIHT)算法, 以逼近最优比特分配.仿真实验表明, 本方法可明显提高编码效率.

Abstract: A new scheme of video coding based on the optimal bit allocation is presented.
The original image sequence is segmented into groups first, and each group is carried out the time-
dimension and two spatial-dimensions wavelet decomposition. When quantizing, we propose an extension of setpartition in hierarchical trees(SPIHT) algorithm. Our simulation demonstrates that this method can improve the coding efficiency.
