Improved Trellis-coded Modulation Concatenated with Space-Time Block Coding

摘要: 提出了空时分组码级联网格编码不对称调制(ATCM-STBC)方法。基于最小乘积和距离最大准则设计了ATCM-STBC系统的最优网格码,并给出了星座的最优旋转角。仿真结果表明,在没有牺牲任何带宽和功率的情况下,无论是准静态衰落信道还是Rayleigh快衰落信道, ATCM-STBC均能比空时分组码级联网格编码调制(TCM-STBC)获得更高的信噪比增益。

Abstract: The scheme of asymmetric trellis-coded modulation concatenated with space-time block coding was proposed. The trellis graph was designed and the optimal constellation rotating angle was presented which based on the rule of maximize the minimum product-sum distance. Simulation results show that the proposed ATCM-STBC scheme outperforms TCM-STBC with no extra power and bandwidth efficiency whether under quasi-static fading channels or fast Rayleigh fading channels.
