摘要:

根据电信市场上用户对产品进行客户化定制的需求, 分析了构成电信产品的主要属性, 并对电信业务中品牌、产品、资费套餐之间的关系进行分析, 得出了相关实体关系模型, 目的是基于该实体关系模型给出在电信运营支撑系统中实现产品客户化的解决方法.

Abstract: According to the requirement of product-customization in telecommunication marketing , the main attributes that constitute the telecom-product are analyzed .The relationship of trademark , telecom-product and price-package is analyzed .By the result of analysis, the module of the entity-relationship related to product-customizing is established .The goal of the entity-relationship establishment is to find the method of supporting product-customizing in Business Operating Support System.
