摘要： 基于 H. 323标准设计了一种桌面型视频会议系统 ,论述了会议的模式设计 ,以及多点控制器 MC和多点处理器 MP的设计与实现 ,并讨论了采用 RTCP反馈控制的方法提高服务质量 .

Abstract: Describes the design of a desktop videoconferencing system, details about the conference mode, and the implement of MC and MPs. The system use RTCP feedback control method to improve QoS.
