摘要: 重复呼叫率表示用户呼叫失败后进行重复呼叫的概率,平均重复呼叫次数表示用户呼叫失败后进行重复呼叫的平均次数.它们都是电信话务统计和网络管理的重要基本参量.本文论述了重复呼叫率和平均重复呼叫次数的定义, 并给出了它们的统计方法.

Abstract: The probability of repeated calls describes the probability of repeated call attempt and the mean number of repeated call describesthe mean number of repeated call attempt made by a telephone user when his callis not successful.They are all very important teletraffic parameters in teletraffic statistics and network management.The definitions and a statistical method for the probability of repeated call and the mean number of repeated calls are given.
