摘要: 提出6种可以用来对含不同优先级别信元的业务流量进行管制的机制, 它们彼此在信元缓冲器共享、 令牌掠夺、 先进先出, 以及队头效应方面存在不同, 通过模拟对其性能进行了比较, 结果表明采用“缓冲器共享”、 “前跳”和“令牌掠夺”的第6种机制具有最好的综合效果.

Abstract: Six mechanisms for policing traffic with different priorities of cells are presented. They are different from each other in the following aspects: cell buffer sharing, token grabbing, FIFO and HOL effect. Their performance evaluations are obtained through simulations. Simulaiton results showthat the sixth mechanism which uses buffer sharing, token grabbing and jump-ahead policies reaches the best comprehensive performance.
