H.323 Videoconferencing Terminal ImplementationBased on PC-Software

Abstract: By proposing some improved algorithms and applying some new techniques, a new software-based videoconferencing terminal is implemented. Based on a PII333 processor and Windows NT operating system, this videoconferencing terminal can encode and decode a video signal about 15 frame/s with CIF formats together with an audio signal encoding and decoding in real time
