摘要: 实施远程教学是目前网络应用的热点,在当前网络飞速发展的条件下如何将远程教育系统与网络管理控制软件有机地结合起来,以保证远程教育系统高效、稳定、安全的运行,使远程教育平台管理控制系统的研制成为必要,本文详细介绍了在远程教育平台上应用的网络管理控制系统的一种设计方案及其实现。

Abstract: Distance education courses provide opportunities for students to continue their studies without the usual time and place constraints of the classroom. Students at remote locations and those with work or personal obligations that conflict with traditional class schedules will want to consider distant education offerings. Through distance education, students have the opportunity to earn a certificate or an associate, bachelor or master’s degree from a home institution while taking courses from multiple colleges and universities, Distance education offers unique flexibility to students. Web-based courses can be completed anytime and anywhere, allowing students to study at times that are most convenient to them. In this Paper, we give the implementation of management and control system used in distance education.
