摘要： 基于 TMN的逻辑分层管理体系结构和第三代移动通信网的网络管理特性 ,提出了第三代移动通信网的网络管理体系结构 ,研究了第三代移动通信网管系统实现的关键技术 ,在此基础上 , 设计并实现了一个第三代移动通信网管原型系统.

关键词: 第三代移动通信网, 电信管理网 , TMN, 网络管理

Abstract: According to the logical layer architecture of the TMN and the characteristics of the third generation mobile network management, the architecture of the third generation mobile network management and related pivotal technologies are proposed. Based on this, a third generation mobile network management prototype system is designed and implemented.
