摘要: 讨论了数字视频解码器设计中的关键技术, 并结合实际解码芯片提出了一种实现方案.该解码器与普通解码器相比, 与后端的处理是完全异步的,具有很强的独立性, 而且相当于进行了帧同步处理.所以该解码器对图象信源质量有很强的适应能力, 并在色度处理上有一定的优势.

关键词: 数字电视, 数字解码器, 中值滤波器

Abstract: The critical technique of digital video decoder in design is discussed, and accomplished with a specific decoder chip presented is adecoder which is asynchronous to following disposal with strong independence compared to common decoders, as is equal to frame synchronous processing.So the decoder has strong adaptive capacity in qualities of various video sources and hassome advantages in chroma disposal.
