摘要： 指出了现有计算机支持下协同工作系统的不足, 给出了一个通用的协作模型: 任务－组织－活动的协同模型及基于此模型的系统结构.利用XYZ/E的代理机构给出了系统的XYZ描述模型和基于这个模型的系统活动描述.

关键词: 描述语言, 协同工作模型, XYZ系统

Abstract: The shortcoming of the current CSCW system is pointed out, then a general cooperative work model and the system architecture based on this tasks-organizations-activities model are presented. At last the system and activities of XYZ description are given.
