摘要: 为了改善时分多址(TDMA)蜂窝系统抗快衰落的能力, 提出了采用宽带调制的设想.仿真结果表明, 宽带调制时接收信号的衰落情况随着带宽的增加而减小, 衰落的分布不是瑞利分布而是近似于对数正态分布.对于跳频及非跳频的TDMA系统, 宽带调制都能使载波干扰比的随机变化趋缓, 从而使所需的衰落储备减小.宽带调制更适合非跳频的系统.

Abstract: Wideband modulation can reduce the fast fade marginrequired for TDMA cellular system design for the reason that signal fluctuationwilldecrease as the bandwidth increasing.Computer simulations conclude that, with wideband modulation, the received signal envelope have a log-normal probabilitydensity rather than commonly supposed Rayleigh density.It is also observed thatthe system without frequency hopping can profit more from wide band modulation.
