摘要: 提出的三维变换编码克服了以往运动补偿帧差预测和二维变换的局限性, 在保证一定质量的前提下, 大大提高了压缩比.而块连续性自适应概念的引入, 更好地适应了图像序列的整体和局部变化特征, 进一步提高了编码效率和图像质量.

关键词: 自适应编码, 三维离散余弦变换, 块连续性

Abstract: An adaptive inter-frame 3D-DCT coding based on thecontinuity of a series of blocks is proposed.3D-DCT coding overcomes the limitations of other motion estimation-based interframe predictive and2D-DCT image compression coding, it can enhance the compression ratio greatlywhile guarantee the image quality.Meanwhile, the introduction of the adaptive coding based on the continuity of a series of blocks matches HVS better, improves the image quality and coding efficiency further.
