非圆截面车削与进给驱动力学模型的建立

摘要: 对非圆截面零件车削过程中的车削力、 车削工作角度、 径向进给运动等进行了探讨,并建立了非圆截面车削力模型, 在此基础上, 对椭圆型工件、 四边形工件及八角形工件进行了车削力的分析计算, 建立了进给驱动力学模型.

关键词: 车削, 非圆零件, 进给机构

Abstract: A discussion on turning force, working angle and radial feeding movement during the turning procedure of noncircular sectional elements, a model on the turning force is presented.Based on the analyses and calculation on turning force of elliptical, quadrilateral and octagon elements, a driving force model of feeding mechanism is built.
