摘要: 在对线簧连接器力学模型数理解析的基础上, 分析工作情况, 给出结构几何参数、 材料选择, 推导得出强度条件, 从中可清晰看出某些重要参数的改动对连接器性能的影响.由此提出了线簧连接器的设计方法和步骤, 可作为开发系列产品的理论依据.

Abstract: Based on mathematical analysis for wire-spring connector, gives out its constructive geometry parameters fixing, materials selecting, strength condition checking etc. Thus, the effect of some important parameters changing on connector performance can be seen clearly.Accordingly, design method and procedure are supplied for wire-spring connector, which may guide to exploit serialization products.
