摘要： 分析了国内外通信制造企业生产效果的差异。通过调研,对企业现行生产管理和制造流程做了描述,提出在工业工程(IE)理论指导下的改进思路和做法,并通过实例验证创新的效果。

Abstract: This paper focusses on finding out solutions to improve internal commu-nicationmanufacturing under the help of Industrial Engineering (IE). Supporting evidence has been displayed by analyzing differences between the foreign and domestic enterprises. According to investigation, the current flow of producing management and manufactureprocess are also described in order to be compared with the former one.
