摘要: 在指出传统的基于测量的CAC(连接接纳控制)所存在问题的基础上,提出了“定量触发的CAC”这种新型的工程可实现的基于测量的CAC方法,给出了具体实现方案,包括硬件电路和软件算法,以及这种方法的优点。

Abstract: To solve the problem in implementation of the traditional Measurement-based Call Admission Control, a novel scheme, Quantitative Handling Based Call Admission Control has been proposed, which is measurement-based and practical in engineering. The system implementation including hardware andsoftware is presented in detail. Compared with the existing measurement-basedCAC, the advantages of this method have been stated.
