Abstract: To introduce MDA (model driven architecture) to the telecommunication domain, an effective strategy to create telecommunication services based on MDA was presented, then, it focused on telecommunication service meta-modeling, one of the key points of the strategy, two approaches, MOF (meta object facility) and UML profile were mentioned; Lately, it described the detailed steps to establish the meta-model with UML profile mechanism; Also, an implementation of message service meta-model was taken as the example.
