A Kind of Intelligent Frequency Planning Method

Abstract

Abstract: Aiming at the problems existing in the present frequency planing, this article proposes a method to overcome the obstacle ofhandwork frequency planning and high demand of electro-
nic map, using expert system, fuzzy inference and genetic algorithm. So that it gives out a more precise frequency planning scheme with the aid of expert experience and knowledge while using the genetic algorithm even if in void of premise electronic map.
