Abstract: A cognitionanalysisdecisionexecution (CADE) method, shown the processes and roles for the achievement of autonomic network management, is proposed. The CADE method could be applied to network element, network, service and business management. With the application in network element and network layer, the framework was presented for network element and network autonomic management. At last, a prototype system was designed to prove the CADE method and framework.
