MSC Graph Optimization to Enhance the Development Efficiency of TTCN Test Suit

Abstract:

The latest MSC standard , MSC2000 , includes new features such as time constraints. But in order to describe timer events, more symbols are needed. Moreover, notations in figure are even introduced. It is not intuitionistic enough.A method to optimize the description of timer events is proposed and followed by some applications in developing TTCN test suits of H. 323, H. 245 etc. protocol conformance testing.
