Service Management Based on SLA

Abstract: Presents a flexible and efficient method of SLA oriented service management. Recursion is used to model the service. Multi-view method is adopted to

build the service topology model. Top down approach is used to define the SLA management mechanism. In the end, demonstration is used to show that the
method could prioritize users of different service levels, analyze the fault impact and fit for the complicated business model and network implementation in the near future.
