Blind Multiuser Detection Based on a New Signature Waveform Estimation Method in Multipath CDMA Systems

Abstract: A blind multiuser detection (MUD) method based on a new desired user' signature waveform estimation method in antenna array CDMA systems is proposed. The proposed method will directly obtain the total channel convolution matrix of all users by exploiting the cyclostationarity of received signals. Then find out the solution to the desired user' signature waveform necessary to MUD given the estimated channel convolution matrix in this paper. It is more accurate at a little higher signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). The simulation results show that the proposed method has superior performance over some existingmethods at a little higher SNR.
