Abstract: A question of OPS technology based on ATM-CTI is presented.This thesis focuses on the exposition of the fact that CTI technique is the key technology for the realization of synthetic voice and data service in communication networks, and definitely poins out the important role played by open progranning theory and technology in the further development of CTI.Moreover, it explains how OPS technology is successfully applied in the development and research based on ATM-CTI systems.
