Abstract: After respectively investigating into characteristics of service, network and element management, we draw a conclusion that CORBA is an optimal platform for TMN service and service management. Finally, among three solutions about integrating CORBA within TMN architecture, we choose abstract object definition to build up a model of integrated TMN management environment.
