Abstract: In IT field, there is a “Bible”, called "Information Theory". In the field of economics, there is another “Bible”, called "Game Theory". These two “Bibles”, almost simultaneously born in the middle of the last century, were founded by Shannon and von Neumann respectively. But, in the past seventy years, no one has been aware hat the two “Bibles” is actually the two volumes of the same “Bible”, which share the same souls. It is our General Theory of Security that has accidentally found this secret and combining them together.
