Limitation of Stimulated Raman Scattering on the Power of Wavelength Division Multiplexed Transmission System

Abstract: We discussed the factors which effect the wavelength division multiplexed (WDM) system, and calculated the impact at stimulated Raman scattering on the power distribution of WDM system after transmission with various in Putting signal power. The limitation of stimulated Raman scattering on input power of WDM system was invesgeted.
