Because device vendors allways define properial M IBs to extend the managing function in the multi-vendor network , the intergreted network mangement of which must deal with the difference of vendor -specific MIBs.This paper proposed a method-abstract MIB view-for it .This paper discribed its principle , a kind of implementation in SNMP, and its using in a multi-vendor ATM network intergred management.
