A Pilot Subcarrier-based Joint Frequency Offset Correction and Channel Estimation Method for OFDM Systems

Abstract: In this paper, the pilot subcarriers on two consecutive OFDM symbols are utilized for joint frequency offset correction and channel estimation. There is no spectrum efficiency loss compared to the SIC method and it will make an efficient method to combat frequency offset in the case that the offset is not too large.
