Using Dynamic Programming for Detecting Document Area of Mobile Images

Abstract: The detection algorithm of the edge of the document area in the mobile image was presented. According to the characteristics of mobile image, a new dynamic programming model was designed. A combination of four edges of document area was proposed by using the two classification of logistic regression. Although the mobile images are generally blurred, uneven illuminated and distorted, these algorithms can solve the problem of boundary detection and combination of document area of mobile image well.
